In my opinion Larson did nothing wrong.Elliott should not had taken the outside on the restart. I think NASCAR should throw the yellow with five laps to go at every race except Daytona and Talladega. Radical Posted August 22, 2022 Report Share Posted August 22, 2022 I don't blame Larson too much, nor Chase. It was a racing incident. I wondered why they were choosing the outside lane. But I noticed on the Xfinity race and the Cup race that the outside lane would use that runoff area and was able to gain more speed coming out of it and keeping the lead.
