Yes, I did too, I got new tires for my house, I had to move and they were 10 years old

4 grand isnt much this day and time. Besides, I really dont care what it cost, supporting racing and spending time with friends is priceless

You are absolutely correct. They are 10 grand for F1 and they are already sold out with the Reserve Seating. We paid several months ago and I looked and it was 4 grand.

I will be backed in the nice motorhome lot, with not only wife, kids, but my dog. Complete with water and Electrical hookup

Anyhow, if they didnt allow strollers, I guess I would just have to go alone and leave Momma at home to watch the kids. After all, this is Nascar and COTA, she will understand

I went last year and I was sure I saw strollers. Not for sure, but I looked on the site " https://cotaexperiences.com/faqs " and found this. Not real sure though, Covid had changed the world. Cough Cough "The following items WILL be permitted inside the Circuit gates. Blankets/Towels Umbrellas (small, hand-held style) Baby strollers Portable, collapsible chairs Personal camera equipment (e.g. digital cameras, point-and-click digital or film cameras). *There will be no lens restrictions. Binoculars NOTE: All bags, purses, backpacks and persons are subject to screening by security personnel. Fans entering Circuit of The Americas should prepare accordingly. Ticketholders should be aware that there are no provisions for returning banned items to them when such items are left at facility entrances. Yes, and probably one of the top facilities in the USA. I thank Red and Bobby for building this great playground and Tavo for his idea

COTA should be a awesome race for the Nascar Series. Money is being spent like crazy already. The $10,000 RV spots are sold out man, the money is back flowing

I dont think him spinning out was crossing the line. After all, everyone would wreck their mother to win. I think he spun out to lesson the chance of his teammate winning. That is crossing the line.

I really dont think more manufacturers would be much help. What is needed is for the new TV deal to trickle down to the teams. We have new blood coming in buying the charters and building cars. They, themselves attract sponsors due to their star power. Michael Jordan and Pit Bull are already wanting to be paid for pimping Nascar. There are numerous ways for that TV money to get down to the teams, someone needs to figure it out. I can be done, there is lots of money being spent right now in Nascar. The teams need a little of it

Yes Sir, great explanation. I didnt see it as Larson did anything intentionally. I can see how Chase could be pissed. The sound of his conversation prior to the spin led me to believe he spun on purpose. He asked someone to look at the replay before the said something he shouldnt. The crew chief said he looked at it and he could say what he wanted. A few laps late, the spin. I hope it wasnt on purpose, but it sure does not look good. But, I think Mr H will do the old milk and cookies deal and all will at least appear to be good

The racing deal between Chase Elliott and Larson has me a little on the fence. I think Chase spun out on purpose and if he did, that is crossing the line.
  13. Nascars first two events have been home runs man. It looks like California loves Nascar. Great job
  14. I love the BS. They have lots of cars running too.
  15. Nascar hit this one out of the park. What a weekend for racing. That will be hard to beat, they did a great job. Cant wait for COTA
  16. Anyone see a schedule yet for this $50,000 race?
  17. Did they finish running their analytics? Its time to go man. Speed weeks is almost over. Cant wait to see more BS racing in the SSS and Arca CRA.
  18. Daytona Sold Out, I look forward to seeing the crowds in the stands. I am taking my nose ring, getting a temporary tattoo and heading to Daytona. I will not forget to rip my britches when I get there
  19. Well, I dont think it is boring at all. The fact is, Texas does not have the fans that support Nascar any more. They will do well at COTA, because there are tons of tatted up, blue haired youngsters with a pocket full of money in Austin. The old fans mostly are keyboard warriors now. COTA will have some other attractions to get theme their. Mark this post.
  20. I dont know what it means, but he kept saying Super Late Model Racing without the BS, referencing the SSS and CRA. I dont know what the BS is, but I like both of those. Maybe BS is good for a series. Both of those are doing well. But with no info other that the alleged purse, this one is a little tough to follow
  21. Nothing else new on the show. The cryptic stance is puzzling. With that kind of money, if they paid first place 50 grand and everyone else 10 grand, that is $300,000. That will put the truck series out of business. I just dont see it being sustainable. Where is that kind of money coming from?
  22. I wonder how many start and Parkers there would be. With 10 grand to start, wouldnt that be something. Your could not start and park and break even. You would have to make the race first, and like the snowball, that isnt cheap.
  23. 10 4. Things are booming in Nascar. Michael Jordon, Pit Bull, new sponsors lining up daily. They have certain done well. Now if they would just get rid of the Bristol Dirt deal, thats it
