  1. Pretty dang good race there man. Mr Watermelon made it exciting. We have not seen the end of the drama with him. I hope he continues to be aggressive as long as noone gets hurt.
  2. Now lets get them bad boys to houston.
  3. For about 15 grand, you get get about 245 HP out of one of those spec miata's. That is about 100 HP more than they come with. Noone could touch you man. They might find it on the tech pad, but everyone will know you owned them,
  4. Those of us who go or watch it on TV dont want them to change it. I like to go an check out the Monster Energy girls and Torchys Tacos. The races are not the only action at the track, but it gives us a reason to meet and raise hell
  5. Side by side bumper to bumper is overrated. Many of those tracks you cant pass without wrecking. At TMS, you have to lift considerably in turn 1 and 2 and that separates the good from the bad and you can sure pass there. Blaney had em covered, I like it when the best car wins
  6. As soon as the yellow was thrown, black helicopters were seen in the area. I am just glad that the biggest crybaby in Nascar, Denny Hamlin, didnt win the million dollars. Before the race, he said the million dollars was no big deal,, they have been doing it for a long time. Running second to the million brought out the little bit.. in him that he really is. I cant stand him, I would rather listen to Kyle Busch complain, at least he is funny
  7. What a great weekend. Plenty of good racing there now. The track seems to be getting better with age after the reconfiguration. I sort of like that, 2 totally separate turns, 1 and 2 is tricky and bottom preference, turn 3 and 4 is wide open without lifting. Lots of good stuff going on there man. Great job. I think the top 3 or 4 guys got taken out in that one wreck, but Blaney was strong. Friesen looked strong, earned that one in the trucks and the Xfinity race was everything you could ask for.
  8. Fans love it, it will give us drama going forward until the next guy pulls something. There are a few ticking time bombs right now. Harvick, Hamlin and Kyle Busch could go off at anytime. I just wish they would go off on each other rather than bully someone who wont fight back. They are just cowards, but cool to watch
  9. Copy that. Joey could have killed someone. William sort of got out of shape on that restart the same place everyone was losing it, including Ross Chastain. That was sort of rubbing. Understand both sides, but Mr Logano has one coming from someone. Maybe Mr H can protect the Hendrick boys reputation and furnish a car to one of their affiliates to get the point across to Joey. I doubt he would have "Paid Back" Tony Stewart.
  10. Sure hated to see Logano execute the wreck and run. I have stuck up for him for years. The coward did it to someone who would not knock his teeth out. Typical Bully
  11. Maybe we can get some Covid funds and rebuild SAS
  12. Unfortunately that is true. Asphalt racing in Texas is pretty much dead while it is better than ever most places. Lets hope this isnt the last All Star race at TMS. We need to support it big time. COTA will be just fine since it is a immaculate facility, but TMS needs help.
  13. That is for sure. I thought they already had the money in place and bought TV trucks.
  14. lesss goooooooo. Where is the 50 grand?
  15. I guess if you have problems there, you can run off of the track, cause a yellow, pit, fix your problems, and you can come back on, and even get to choose at the cone. But, it is their track, they can run it how they want
  16. There will never be the amount of fans in the stands or TV ratings as there were in Nascar in its Peak. Nothing lasts forever, even Nascar. They are making changes as needed in an attempt to capture new audience. I am not a dirt fan and hate to see Bristol with dirt on it. It should be an exhibition, like the LA race was. However, it was pretty entertaining, just not something I care to see very often. But give them credit, they even had the "Never Watchers" watching. Great job Nascar

Yea, the only think I hate to see if when they attack the guy when he is still strapped in the car. That makes one a coward

Leaving his helmet on is the right thing to do. No reason to take it off. It doesnt make him a bigger man. I wonder why he didnt praise the lord when he got out? He Usually thanks him, but he didnt this time.

Martinsville was a snoozer in the cup series. First one this year. Ty Gibbs is just what the xfinity series needed. He moves them out of the way and gets out swinging when he gets moved. I am sure he would not get out swinging against Mr Noah Gragson. At least not twice

Yes Sir, One Atlanta is more than enough. I am not sure what the magic juice would be there, they made a reasonable attempt modifying turn 1 and 2, but it backfired. Cant wait to go, the racing is only part of the circus. They just need a ring leader to entertain us. Maybe a pole in Torchys Tacos in the infield.

Yes sire, I would not be surprised if the do pull out of Ft Worth altogether. Their only hope is to renovate and spend millions and millions and millions of dollars. I am not sure if they want to chance that here in Texas. We are all getting weird here, so perhaps Cota in Austin is our only hope to continue. Support is important
  22. All that I can say is every race this year has been incredible. The cup race yesterday could have went to just about anyone in the top 15. Strategy, fuel mileage, tires etc. What a deal man. I can say I am a little concerned about the TMS races. For whatever reason, Texans just dont support Asphalt circle track racing. I pray we dont lose a TMS race. COTA may be a savior. If not well attended this year, I am sure the All Star race is over. And then, I dont blame Nascar for going somewhere else with that race.

    COTA

Nascar is hitting grand slam home runs every week so far. What an experience at COTA. World Class facilities and great racing with Rodney Rodriquez in the Pits as a VIP
  24. I have to say, Nascar has hit it out of the Park on every event this year so far, on the track and in the stands. Atlanta was a very intense, exciting race. That was something that was very exciting. However, I must say, I do not see any way that that is sustainable. They will tear up more cars and hurt more people than anyones pocket book can afford. It reminds me a lot of the LA race. One time a year for that Caliber of event. We don want everyone broke or dead. But, give them credit, Grand slam
