HMP should seriously consider this. Run it the last race of the night, so you will have a week or so to clean up. Fans will stay, drink, eat, etc. to see it. The regular racers that have a LOT of money in their cars can race and NOT WRECK and put on a good show. The fans will get good racing and good wrecking. WHAT A DEAL!! Everyone wins.

BEEN THE DRIVER of three train races ...at cc ..fun for the driver and safer . anyone who is not the driver is crazier than i ... it was lalo leal who ran his first laps at cc in my 3rd car .the brake car ...i scared the hell out of him ,wide open with a 440 under the hood .had it won till someone sent lalo and my brother into turn one ..my brother ended up on the wall on top of the car that sent him there . i think lalo left his lip gloss on the glove box ....the other race we ran olds 98 .the poor motor sent the number 7 piston out the back of the car and hit the second car ...was no doubt we were out of the race ......fun fun fun ......

They were definitely fun to watch at C.C. Speedway. I only wished I had the opportunity to be in one.

I enjoy the train races I have seen on TV, but 1 of my favorite races I think they call skid race. On a FWD eco or mini stock, skids made from old hoods are mounted to the rear wheels. I think they would call that a loose condition. This topic reminds me of MaryAnn's early crash fests at THR. Loved those.
