  4. I actually thought my computer was on the fritz...never seen this site down so long Nick...Glad you fixed it....Thanks LSSZ
  5. Absolutely the best show ever ...give big thumbs up. I watched this guy grow up and remember him as a 14 year old destroying the street stock field at Longhorn circa 1990 or 1991 (not sure which) . He may well have uncovered the mystery of Oak Island with his statements about "racers have forgotten to have fun" and "interaction with fans after the race" . Weekly racing at Longhorn was grueling but worth it. We had one of 6 pads, Larry Houston, Heath Stewart, Cooter Lynch, Bobby Lafont, Dave Cooke, Bobby Joe New and behind Bobby Joe was Junior Medlock and people came up after the races and we STAYED to talk about the race, give autographs, let the kids (and adults) sit in the car and they made it an EVENT. I still say the prime years were probably 1990 to 1996 but I am biased. Mark knew how to have fun and he put his car where nobody else ran and he did it on the OUTSIDE much like Kyle Larson does it today in Nascar. He had fun and he could care less about expenses or purses. I often commented that I had never seen anyone who loved to race cars more than him...the Dirty 30 proved it, school buses followed and he went above and beyond to help the track and make the event fun. He truly set the bar and example for "entertainment" and I am so glad I was a part of it. Thank you Mark and thanks to your Dad Don for raising you right! Thanks Bobby and Rodney for this show as it was one of the best even though you both did barely anything (LOL)
  6. I am fast becoming a fan of Cory and his team...I hope others root for him too. He has an awesome challenge against well funded teams and runs at least Top 20 where he could be at the back ...Given time and better funding, this guy could pull off a Top 5 or better IMHO
  7. Dave Cooke won 13 times in 1993 at Longhorn......we didn't cheat. Two times we stayed until 5am to prove it since the same guy protested us both times and he was a big time cheater...probably thought everyone was like him. Not everyone cheats despite popular belief.
  8. Yikes!!! Forgot about thanking Rodney...he is right there with Nick and James as well..... Also on that "cold night"....the video shows July 23......is that the correct date? LOL
  9. That was awesome to watch...I remember them all. Haven't read/heard about the Bumbera girl in quite awhile but she sure was determined in the interview that she would be a force at some point. Nick I still remember your interviews as well as James Huff who helped you out at times. I always learned a ton about the drivers from the interviews and appreciated them through the years. How would they get this experience if not for you and James? This is their first opportunity to experience "marketing and PR" and you folks taught them effortlessly how its done....Hats off to both you and James.
