From a fan's perspective, it was a great year, a lot of good races, well run shows, and a lot of hard work put in by the drivers and crews and the track officials. Once the final points are posted, I will make a post congratulating the track champions. Thank you to the staff and the drivers for an entertaining season and looking forward to the South Texas Shootout December 7-9 which is always good and brings the best drivers from the region into town. Not sure if I'll be anywhere else until then. Hope TRP can make the necessary repairs, I know Cord and Owen and that group spent a lot of time and money updating it. They had a bad storm roll through and I know the press box was severely damaged. I'll try to find the post but it was on their Facebook page.
