It is my understanding that the management of the Texas Pro Sedans and the management of Thunderhill Raceway have been unable to reach an agreement, so far anyway, for the 2011 season.

Whenever negotiations don't work out between any two organizations, there are bound to be issues that were unresolved. Placing blame on one party or the other does nothing constructive and only makes a bad situation worse.

I have asked both parties to provide Lone Star Speedzone with a release that would be satisfactory to both entities rather than launching finger-pointing type posts.

At this point TPS is all that is (or was) left running besides Corpus Christi that is part of Asphalt racing history around here. TPS is one of the reasons it is worth it to me to drive from San Antonio to Austin to go to THR, regardless of car count they always put on a great show. I hope and believe THR can help the much smaller organization fit into their schedule so we have good racing to go watch around here.
