uhcougs
Just some top of the head questions: If it gets wrecked who fixes it/ what do you charge to fix it yourself.. If it breaks, who buys it, is it conisdered warranty, when it leaves your shop? (Lets face it stuff happens)
gundogC3
Do you need the money? If not, then I would say no thank's, but that's, jmo... lot's if what's.
flyingaces
Things like this can make good friends become big enemies, what ever you decide make sure both parties agree. now days a contract is not a bad idea. GOOD LUCK
Truck99
In addition to what others have said, I would be thinking that the car is brand new to you. You probably haven't even had enough time to work the kinks out of it yourself yet. A signed contract would be a must, but I probably wouldn't do it unless it was somebody I knew and trusted very well.
RodneyRodriguez
tell them you won't do it and go race it, that is good reason.

Truck99
I don't think you could go wrong with either of those gentlemen. I'd bet both of them would do you right if something happened, and you'd probably even end up with some pretty decent setup notes when they were done.
