HiTech Posted June 13, 2017 Report Share Posted June 13, 2017 ID say she cant take the pressure anymore ..she hasn't won anything .the excitement of her being a women in racing has lost its mojo .she has problems with sponsors now and with this out burst crying baby I am a person just did not help her .hell I cant say how many times I was booed disliked hated called names and other things along the way when I was racing and never did I jump anyone like that .they have the fans have that right and you just have to suck it up /I always told my brother who would get into arguments over the boos with fans .live with it least they watch me race .. Yes I am not a Danica fan, only reason she has a ride is because she is a marketing tool and not much else. She is right she has a job to do and her number 1 job is being a racecar driver. I would never do what these people did and boo to her face or any driver I didn't like. Only reason these "so called fans" booed like they did is to get a rise out of her and hope she would do like she did. There's a time and place to get driver autographs this looks like it wasn't one of those times. You have every car coming off the track and crews and drivers walking by you can tell that this is not a autograph time. I watched a girl at Gator walk up to Kasey Kahne's car while he was in the hot pit strapped in and they were fixing his front end on the car and she is trying to get him to sign a diecast. He waived her off and I was actually thinking really people wait till after the race. These people don't care about her or that she is a human. HiTech Posted June 14, 2017 Report Share Posted June 14, 2017 A simple I am sorry I cant take the time right now .would have most probably gained her more respect / you confront a boo baby like she did only makes most of em boo you louder . not saying look I am not here to sign autographs and I am a blank person ..I did not like the boo birds but when confronted in the stands or pits after the races I found they have a change of heart after I took the time to speak with em if they still booed me well live with it .boo birds are part of every sport and that wont change .but confronting them like that wont help her much.. Time to turn the seat over to another driver that can improve on whatever her average finish is.And I bet more than a few drivers before and after her signed a few. Pretty much samething any normal person would say in this situation especially when you have people booing and probably making other remarks we cant hear. To me its pretty tame compared some of the things the Busch brothers have done. How about Alexis Dejoria drop to F-Bombs on live tv Sunday and there is no uproar there in fact people were applauding her for being real and true. Dropping F-bombs is NOT good marketing, whether Danica or Alexis....Im sure their PR people get real squeamish at these times......Danica isn't a first offender either, this was just the latest to make headlines and she darn sure isn't the "role model" that she proclaimed in a different article.....Unless that was to appease the millennial/antifa crowd.....lol On a similar note.....I've seen Rusty Wallace refuse to sign and throw a hat on the ground coming out the media center.....He got booed.....My ex-fiancee chased Kryle Busch(walking) from one end of TMS pits to the other trying to get autograph for her son named Kyle.....He refused.....Neither dropped F-bombs in the process.
