MadRacing19
We don't have a hobby stock class at CCMS but, there are a couple of Superstreet drivers that are damn good .If you have seen the SS class at CCMS you cant see Greg Carlucci Sr. ,Greg Jr. ,Kyle Carter , Bill Stephens just to name a few. Greg Jr. seems to be the only one to really use the outside to pass with no problems. (except for two weeks ago). Kyle is smooth and is always fast, Greg Sr. seems to muscle the car around very well and Bill S. is a very clean driver who (when he gets his new car figured out) is fast and consistant and also has the SS track record of 16 flat on street tires. As for guys that used to run Hobby Chuck Barber (now is SS), Larry Smith(now is TAMS and SS) , Bruce Beddoe .
racerx
From looking at them, the ccms pure stocks seem like they are close to a thr hobby stock...sas, it is the road runners...some differences, but not a lot...I wish they all had the same name and same rules... Budman
Best Hobby Stock Driver: Paul Jett driving car with no number. Car was "titled" BRAND X. Maybe not all time best, but centainly the toughest. Drove to Hobby Stock feature win with broken neck, sustained earlier in the evening in a super-modified crash at Austin Speed-o-rama. I dont know what his name was but it was painted like Davey Allisons car. I think his name was Tim but I am not sure. Does that sound right. Somebody tell me if i am wrong.
