Budman Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 Did the 9 truck have to pit during the USRA race at Corpus. If so, were there any survivors? Quote
Definitive Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 Yes...and I'm not sure...there were some DPS...walking into the track as we were leaving. Quote

KELLY83 Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 Did he get Low ET and Top Speed of the meet again? Quote
Josh42 Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 He pitted but was very cautious. I think he was lookin for the hamsters, or he was doin that formula in his head. Quote
racerx Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 Couldn't go too fast in even if I wanted too...and then on the way out I was basically at the entrance anyway...different set-up than THR... Some worms were harmed Friday night, but the only animal injured was the lucky(?) rabbit that rides in the 22. Quote

22crew/ Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 I think we're gonna need a bigger rabbit...look out Easter Bunny we're coming for ya! Quote
arts22 Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 No one was in the pits to police Larry, we needed all of them out on the track to clean up his mess..........lol..............Anybody need a rabbit??????? Quote
racerx Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 (edited) My Mess??? Man I've been biting my tongue so hard I think I severed it! I do feel bad for the 22 and 47 they got caught up in it. The 47, Jeff Hull, is a young guy (16) that appears to have some promising talent and a good attitude. The 40, Craig Roper, who looks young at least, was really coming on strong before he got caught the wall trying to make a move on second. That team was really close to sweeping both of the USRA races. I was impressed with both of those young guys. Edited May 16, 2005 by racerx Quote
Josh42 Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Shane I'll take it maybe it will help my luck. Quote

arts22 Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 My Mess??? Man I've been biting my tongue so hard I think I severed it! LL, I've got a bottle of tequila it should help your tongue.........lol Quote
arts22 Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Shane I'll take it maybe it will help my luck. Sorry Josh, just had rabbit for lunch........ Quote
abrungot Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Larry, I think we should look for a pet store sponsor for the next truck race at Thunderhill.. and instead of qualifing .. put #'s on a pet of choice.. (Hamster) and let them race to set the field.. then we can have them set the pit road speed on roll out.. What do you think?? We only give you a hard time cuzz we like you.. *(well we say that atleast) Quote
