metroracer Posted September 13, 2017 Report Share Posted September 13, 2017 TARS has a facebook page that they put out most of their related info out.... their F/B page is "HMP oval track racers" they have a link on that page where you can ask questions pertaining to TARS directly to TARS...... hope info helps.....
