She stated that due to the rains, ice storms, etc. plans to open on March 29th have been postponed. Most of the remaining work is all outside stuff, so good weather is of utmost importance to the completion of the job. She said that Yankee will open the track when it is completed, totally. I have not been by there is about a month to see what progress has been made since then. But it will be first class place when it is finally finished. Any volunteer help you can give will be appreciated. The same thing happened to the proposed opening of the new dragstrip in Abilene.
