Guest texracer
Justin got a speeding ticket going very fast, as he does in the racecar. He as well as his fans hopes the judge will let him start racing this sat. night. Dont worry he has plenty time to make up the points. NickHolt
OK. Probably I'm missing something here, but why would a judge prevent someone from racing just because he got a speeding ticket???? Nick Holt

Truck99
Nick, you'd be surprised. I wrote a ticket to a young man once, and the judge sentenced him to write some type of goofy essay about what he had done wrong. I guess they call that judicial discretion. NickHolt
Oh Oh... Sounds worse than just a speeding ticket. Don't think we need to air the details here then... Let's hope everything works out OK for Justin and the Oates family. Nick Holt
HoosierDaddy
Everybody makes bad choices, and I dont personally know Justin, but I'm sure he's a good kid(well he's a year older than me) and he learned from what happened and I look forward to seeing him back on the track. good luck justin

RookieRacer#0
Hey everybody this is Justin and yes i did make some bad choices and run from the cops but i have learned my lesson. It was bad enough watching my Dad get in my car but it was a price i had to pay for doing something so stupid. I had to go to the court and now i am allowed to race. So i will see everybody out at the race track and I will be trying to make up the points. So to put all the rumors to rest that is the real story. NickHolt
Justin, You may be young, but it takes a man to step up and admit your mistake without blaming anyone else. Good luck this season. Nick Holt

1-Crew
It is surprising the number of people that get "caught up in the moment" and forget that it isn't just the police car they see... You know what they say: "You can't outrun Motorola!"
