HOW MANY SAW IN THE NEWS YESTERDAY WHERE THAT WAR VET PULLED ANOTHER COUNTRYS FLAG DOWN THAT WAS FLYING ABOVE AN AMERICAN FLAG ..DONT REMIMBER WHAT CITY THAT WAS IN ..BUT I SALUTE HIM ..HE STATED THAT IF THOSE POEPLE WANTED THIER FLAG BACK THEY WOULD HAVE TO FIGHT HIM FOR IT ...... HE SAID I AM NOT GOING TO LET MY COUNTRY TURN THAT WAY ..... I KNOW THIS IS NOT RACEN NICK ..BUT I MAYBE WRONG FOR PUTTING THIS ON SPEEDZONE .I KNOW IT MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS ..AND I HOPE ANYONE READING THIS IF NICK LETS IT STAY ..BE NICE .PLEASE ....... NOONE CAN CALL ME RACIST ..I HAVE FRIENDS FROM ALL RACES ..SOME ARE MY BEST FRIENDS .. ... I DIDNT CATCH ALL OF IT .BUT ENOUGH ...THERE SHOULD BE A LAW IF THERE ISNT.... I'm an assistant leader with my younger son's Cub Scout Pack & my older son's Boy Scout Troop. These are the rules (paraphrased) per the U.S. Code, that we try to teach our Scouts: U.S. Flag flies above all others if there is more than one flag (usually the other is a state flag) on the same pole, and level with (or higher than) and to the right of any flags on other poles. Definitive Posted October 5, 2007 Report Share Posted October 5, 2007 There was a time when the rest of the world respected this country.It was mostly through fear and envy .They were afraid to cross us,for the hammer would fall.They were afraid of our patriotism in the way we all stood side by side....to the end.With a certain political group doing and saying whatever they think they need to in order to get elected to office,and not saying what is really in their hearts,they have created an aura of weakness and instability in our patriotism. With that being said.....if the silent majority doesn't stand up for itself,as that vet apparently has,things will only get worse,way worse. I communicate with people in other countries.They see this and say it is a free for all in this land now.In other words,anyone can mess with us at any time and because of the politiking,we are hopless to do anything about it.That one fact is why we need to stay resolved in Iraq and other hot spots.No matter how and why we got over there,we need to be badasses and finish what we started.That one victory will allow future leaders to snap their fingers and get co-operation from the knuckleheads around the world. To that vet and any others who dare to be true Americans(John Wayne)....I salute you. If you like Socialism,Fascism,and Communism.....please move to a different country.You know who you are. AND ALOT OF CRAP GOT STARTED BACK WHEN THE DO GOODERS SAID WE CANT PUNISH OUR CHILDREN THE WAY I GOT IT ..WHICH I TURNED OUT FINE I SUPPOSE ..OUTSIDE OF SOME THINGS ..LOL ..NOW YOU CANT PRAY IN MOST CLASSES ..CANT SAY THE PLEGE IN SOME SCHOOL'S ..CHILDREN THAT DONT HAVE ONE OUNCE OF RESPECT FOR THIER PARENTS AND OTHERS ...TURBO DIESEL .... YOU COULD NOT HAVE SAID IT BETTER .........I KNOW ALONG WITH OTHERS WHAT LIFE WAS LIKE 40 PLUS YEARS AGO . I LOVED IT ..I DONT KNOW IF I WANT TO SEE WHAT 40 PLUS YEARS IN THE FUTURE WILL LOOK LIKE ...PROBABLY SOMETHING IN THE LINE .OF ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK CITY MOVIE ....
