Brazilnut 20
Thanks for all congrats! (hard & clean racing). My congrats go to # 70 Mike, great race, he stayed out of trouble and had a clean race, I had my mirrors full all night long, he could easily taken me out. Also to # 41 Tom had a great finish on his new car and # 48 Mike has a top 5 every race this season. Lalo, I was light on left side weight, no BBQ! Nick, are you moving to Corpus Christy? All I have seen in the past two weeks is been C.C. related issues and pictures, (both tracks) just wonder? LOL. P.S. I think Shelma created what you call bashing, stop payments and reissue checks can be done on the same day not weeks later! I would love to race in C.C. again, but I’m first committed to Texas Pro Sedans, my participation is been 100% since 1999. Sergio
Brazilnut 20
My bad, I forgot to mention # 27, me & Bill always have clean racing, We did trade some paint on this last race, no damage to either car. See all Sep. 15th. Sergio
NickHolt
Sergio, No, I still live in San Antonio... Same old house for the past 20 years... The reason you are seeing lots of CC Speedway and South Texas Speedway stuff on TXSZ is because they are the folks sending pics and stories! Do you have a pic of your recent win? If so, please send it to me. HMP has made a recent committment to send more information and pictures to TXSZ and I have volunteered my services a couple of times at THR with live updates. As you know, TPS has decided to post their race stories elsewhere. Bottom line is that I don't have staff writers and photographers to send to the various tracks and series so we are entirely dependent on the goodwill of volunteer photographers, writers and series PR folks for our stories and pics. Mark Roy used to provide a lot of our pics and Jeff Garvin has sent quite a few this season that we have used. Gary Downing, Sr, has provided some pics from CC Speedway and Owen has sent along several STS photos as well. And, of course, J.M. Hallas has been TXSZ's primary and very faithful race writer for several years. Thanks, Jay! Lastly, Sergio, a bash is a bash wether the content of the bash is true or not. For instance, someone you know might be a total jerk. And it's true, the person is in fact a totoal jerk. But you can't get on here and call him a total jerk whether it's true or not because it's stll a bash. And, frankly, I let the J & S bashing go on way too long... If you want to discuss this further, let's do it in private, please. Thanks. Nick
Brazilnut 20
Yes. I do have a pic of my last two wins in the row, but I wasn’t trying to get my pic in the TXSZ. There are other tracks in Texas, and since 8/4 it is mostly about Corpus. Thanks for your explanation I do understand. “A bash is a bash weather the content of a bash is true or not” TRUE! Now if I make incorrect statements about anything, it is expected for anyone to clarify the facts regardless as long is the truth. (No name calling). That’s not call BASHING. Sometimes the truth hurts, but will set you FREE. Sergio
NickHolt
Agreed, Sergio. Send me the pics anyway. Yes, issues are left up. Just take a look at TXSZ over the years and you will see many heated discussions about issues, but hopefully, you won't see many bashes of people. Discuss the issues? Fine. Bash people? Not fine. When I identify them (some of them are darn hard to ID unless you know all the history of any given situation), bashes are taken down. Keep up the great driving Sergio. You've got that car on rails! We weren't geared right, only turned 6200, but were able to run some 16's. My son, his friend and myself put 100 laps on the new beast.
