I see what looks like a radius rod to a straight axle, and a tire in the corner, so I'm guessing this is on some kind of chassis (possibly a truck?). It looks like there is an inverted flathead engine in the picture. I have no idea how that could work, as it seems to me that the oiling system would be defeated.
