ProTree Posted August 15, 2006 Report Share Posted August 15, 2006 so what do you do for your 31st- going to the drving range-that's usually an every nite deal, she's my coach, she and I are working to get ready for the World Long Drive District Finals next month in Dallas to hopefully punch our ticket to Nevada for the World Finals in October.We make it to Nevada,we'll have a week to party at the Resorts and hopefully the hard work will pay off with a $55,000 payday.We've been a team since high school,that's why we've been together so long,we're not into "oh it's our anniversary,we got to go somewhere fancy and blow some $$$".We have a goal and we are working to acheive it,and that is to be the best on a given day and Win the Big $$$.If we dont,we'll work harder,hit in some more $$$$ events and try again, and spend alot of time together doing it.The honeymoons been going for 31 years,why ruin a good thing. ProTree Posted August 15, 2006 Report Share Posted August 15, 2006 Thanks Gundog,Randi's hanging in there,still cant drive her car,I drive for her,seeing alot of specialist.Appears the problem is deeper inside the brain than first thought and they are trying to determine the best time to go in and try to do the fix on it.Pretty hard on a 19 year old girl starting her adult life and the doctors advise her to avoid having kids,because the outcome for her may be fatal.It was actually a blow for all of us to hear that.So she's looking at brain surgery coming up in the next few,they just havent decided when,which procedure(the least invasive hopefully) and which specialist will do it yet.I'll keep you updated Dog as we move along this process.
