Budman
Rodlea, When I see those moon eyes I'm always reminded of a hobby stock car at old Speed-o-rama.............about a 39 or 40 2dr ford sedan (not coupe), something like that. The car had one of those moon eyes on each headlight hole cover. I think maybe it might have been one of Waldo's cars, not sure. You remember it? Budman
Rodlea, I'm still waitin' for you to show up at THR some night in that Galaxy. I'll park on one side of you and we'll find someone else to park on the other side to protect it from door dings. Does it still have that 456 rear end in it? rodlea
Budman, Galaxie still has 456 gears, 4000 stall, 600 lift cam, steel crank. Same stuff it had when we rebuilt it 16 years ago. Still parked in garage! I think the car with moon eyes over headlights was Waldo Harper's gray #1, 1936 Ford sedan - man, that thing could run. Budman
Here's the reason I posted that Schneider Racing Cams logo above. Augie had one on his car, on the left front fender just behind the wheel well.
