King237
Browsing and came upon this gem...it was posted almost 5 years ago but features Rodney Rodriguez as announcer and interviewer of the guy who filmed it. Maybe Rodney can fill us all in on the "back story" to this piece.
RodneyRodriguez
Indeed a fun dude to meet Randy Lewis "The Track Chaser" Deb Williams gave me a tip that he was going to be visiting SAS that Friday night to add to his total, far and away the leader of most tracks visited. He was a little taken aback when I called for him but soon settled in and gave a great interview! 1906th track visited! If I remember shortly thereafter we got a turd floater lol Somewhere on YouTube there is a visit he mad to CC Speedway as well.
arob
As with any video concerning SAS , I find myself unable to watch them all the way through. Of all the tracks I've been to through the years SAS had it all for the fan. Great drivers and atmosphere , concessions , staff and the sights and sound of 20 cars going down the back straight on lap 1.All the tracks offer great stuff but only SAS had it all. Miss that place. Definitive
I have fun at every track I go to...but arob nailed it. It is gone...in the past...have to move on...but wait...why do we have memories if we don't use them?
