Probably will be sore a few days. Didn't see how if happened but hopefully what we were told wasn't true. Good job by Freddy and his crew and CCFD for getting there quick. top_shelf_12 Posted August 2, 2015 Report Share Posted August 2, 2015 HiTech, Ciara was going through 1-2 and apparently the throttle hung and she went head on into the wall under that billboard in 2. Eddy Ross was one of the first besides Freddy and crew, to get to her. Not sure if Eddy called for the FD to come out or the track since they cut her out of the car. Reports I've heard is she's sore but ok. Car is beat up pretty bad, knocked a panel out of the billboard and broke the railing off the end post of that wall. Didn't see the hit as we were looking at the car that spun in 1 to bring out the yellow. Not sure if CCFD was called since she's a minor or if it was to use some of their equipment to cut the car, but response time was very fast and deliberate actions shown by some of our firefighters and STS crew/drivers.
