hardheadted Posted August 6, 2014 Report Share Posted August 6, 2014 Yeah, it is kinda right in your face in turn 3 but we practice later in the day in the heat and facing the sun during the week so Eric can get a little use to it. Working outside as a bricklayer I don't mind it so much as far as the heat goes. Be sure to hydrate yourself here the next couple days before the race will help.. Eric uses sunglasses under his visor if needed and we are looking into tinted visor tear offs also. We discovered that if you put an frozen cool pack under your drivers suit and on your shoulders it helps keep you cool while waiting to go on the track.
