NickHolt Posted July 18, 2023 Report Posted July 18, 2023 A relative informed me of the passing of Bill Lay, who flagged at San Antonio's Pan American Speedway, Paramount Speedway in Austin and San Antonio Speedway. Bill passed away this evening, July 17, 2023. Sad news for many of us who knew Bill. Nick Quote
