Green Leads NCRA Modified Competitors to 81 Speedway for Fall Classic!


Park City, Kansas – October 3, 2016 - Current point leader Scott Green leads the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products modified division to 81 Speedway in Park City this coming Saturday night as part of the tracks “Fall Classic” in a night that will also see the series sprint, crate late model and mod-lite divisions on the race card.

Winless thus far this 2016 race season, Green holds a 45-point advantage over two-time and defending tour champion Dan Powers. Josh Lanterman, Tyler Davis and Brian Franz are the top five in points, followed by Jason McGehee, Ross Shipman, Ryan McAninch, Kyle Kemp and Johnny Whitmore.

Cole Traugott, Ross Shipman, Ryan McAninch, Brian Franz, Tanner Mullens, Franz and Chad Davis have all reached victory lane making it seven different feature winners in the seven events held thus far this season. Two-time and defending tour champion Dan Powers won the last time the tour visited 81 Speedway in an event that saw a strong thirty car field.

Gates open at 5:00 PM with racing slated for a 7:00 PM start time. Grandstand admission prices are $20 for adults; children 6-10 just $5 while kid ages five and under will be admitted free. All pit passes will be $30.
