Winner will wave the Green Flag for the Inaugural USRA race at Houston Motorsports Park on March 19th. 2. Winner receives 2-night accommodations at Holiday Inn (located at Beltway 8 and JFK Boulevard in NW Houston) on Friday and Saturday nights. 3.
