2015 South Texas Getcha$ome Pit Parking Reservations

We will be reserving parking spots for the Getcha$ome 3 day event on October 24th @ Turn 5 Bar.

 

We will be there at 10:00 am til 3:00 pm as a last opportunity for early registration. Registration will be open to all 5 classes running. Checks and cash will be accepted.

 

Also we will be reserving the concrete parking positions on the front row in the pits. To be fair to everyone we will do this via lottery style. We do have a few event sponsor pads that have been paid for.

 

If you want to pit on the front concrete row you will need to buy into the parking lotto. To have your name in the lottery you must be registered for the event. Your parking lotto ticket is $30. Your name will go into the drawing with everyone else.

 

We will start the parking lotto draw at 1:00 pm. Each name drawn can reserve up to 2 spots. If your a winner you will need to pay the remainder parking pad fee of $45. This will make each concrete pad $75.00 and it will reserve it through the entire event. If your name is not drawn your $30 will be put toward pit pass credit. Pit passes for Friday and Saturday are $30.00 each. So basicially your name will be placed at the pit gate window and you will have a paid pit pass waiting for you.

 

At 1:00 pm we will start the drawing. As we draw each name we will in order start filling the front concrete row. The drawing will stop once all pit pads are all drawn for and paid. If pad isnt pad by 3:00 pm same day we will drawn the next person.

 

The remaining pit areas are all first come first served each day of the 3 day events. We will try to mark off areas so we can be efficient and get the most from the pit area. We do expect to use general parking for additional pit parking. This area will be marked off for teams. Only tow vehicles will be allowed into pits until after races then we will allow public cars to come in.
