rebelracewriter Posted February 21, 2015 Report Share Posted February 21, 2015 The New Onandaga Dragstrip Joins IHRAFebruary 20, 2015 (Norwalk, OH) -- IRG Sports + Entertainment and the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) are proud to announce The New Onandaga Dragstrip, located in Onandaga, Michigan, has signed a multi-year sanctioning agreement to join the IHRA as a member track.The New Onandaga Dragstrip, owned by Dan Pranshka, is an eighth-mile track constructed on a retired airstrip, south of Lansing and east of Kalamazoo. The track had been closed for 35 years but was reopened by Pranshka in 2013. Pranshka has made a number of upgrades to his facility."We are pleased to welcome Dan and the Onandaga track to our growing IHRA family," said IHRA President Scott Gardner.
