We will be hosting the 1st Annual BBQ Cookoff in tandem with the South Texas Nationals. This event will be a IBCA Sanctioned Event. IBCA will supply the Master Judge. We have over $2500.00 in cash payout, trophies and plaques. We are taking in the first (35) teams through registration. We will be judging Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs and Brisket. Entry fee is $150.00 for your team. Attached is the event flier, registeration form and rules. (Chicken) 1st - $300.00, 2nd - $200.00, 3rd - $100.00, 4th - $75.00, 5th - $50.00. Top 5 will receive plaques. (Pork Spare Ribs) 1st - $300.00, 2nd - $200.00, 3rd - $100.00, 4th - $75.00, 5th - $50.00. Top 5 will receive plaques. (Brisket) 1st - $300.00, 2nd - $200.00, 3rd - $100.00, 4th - $75.00, 5th - $50.00. Top 5 will receive plaques.
