TRP
We suffered a great loss in the south Texas racing community. Kurt Hudgeons, father, grandfather, and husband, lost his battle to illness this weekend. Kurt was a huge part of racing in south Texas. A racer full of information and the driver to beat in his day and the one to help you when you needed it on or off the track. God gained another angel and I know Kurt is hanging out with his son Aaron in Heaven. You will be truly missed, Kurt, but you are in a better place and no longer suffering or in pain. God bless the family and friends during this time of loss. Prayers to all of you! Ken Bulsterbaum.

cooter48c
I first met Kurt at Dixieland race track, when me and my high school buddies decided we knew it all and was going to race dirt cars. Kurt was one the toughest racer's I have ever met and one of the most likable men you will ever run across, All I can say is my life is richer for having known this wonderful person, and to have gotten to have had a hand in building a race car with Kurt was truly a pleasure, that I will never forget.
