Pre Entries now accepted for 25th annual Lawton Speedway Winter Nationals

Geary, Oklahoma (September 8, 2014) - Pre-entries are now being accepted for the 25th annual Lawton Speedway Winter Nationals, slated for Friday and Saturday night, October 3-4, at the famed red-clay quarter mile oval of Lawton Speedway in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Over $30,000 will be up for grabs for championship sprints, USA modifieds, limited modfiieds, mini stocks and the non-wing WOW sprint car series as all five divisions will be in action both nights.

Friday nights show will see a complete show of heats and features for all divisions with the standard weekly purse in affect and will not pay heat race money. The top four finishers in Friday nights program for all divisions will line up the first two rows for Saturday nights championship feature finale.

All other drivers will come back on Saturday night and run another set of heat races and B feature(s) in order to qualify for the nights feature finale.

The feature payout for each division is as follows:

Champ sprints and USA modifieds pre entry fee is $30 BEFORE September 25, 2014; $50 AFTER September 25, 2014:

A Feature: 1) $1000, 2) $700, 3) $500, 4) $400, 5) $300, 6) $250, 7) $200, 8) $175, 9) $150, 10) $125, 11-20) $100

B Feature: 1-4) $20, 5) $100, 6) 470, 7) $60, 8) $50, 9) $$40, 10) $30, 11-20) $25.

WOW sprints and limited modifieds pre entry fee is $25 BEFORE September 25, 2014, $40 AFTER September 25, 2014.

A Feature: 1) $500, 2) 4300, 3) $200, 4) $150, 5) $100, 6) $90, 7) $80, 8) $70, 9) $60, 10-20) $50

B Feature: 1-4) $10, 5) $50, 6) $40, 7) $35, 8) $30, 9) $25, 10-20) $20.

Mini stocks pre entry fee is $25 BEFORE September 25, 2014, $40 AFTER September 25, 2014

A Feature: 1) $300, 2) $200, 3) $150, 4) $100, 5) $90, 6) $80, 7) $70, 8) $60, 9) $50, 10-20) $40

B Feature: 1-4) $10, 5) $40, 6) $35, 7) $30, 8) $25, 9) $20, 10-20) $15.

Entry fee MUST accompany entry form and those forms can be found on the tracks website www.lawtonspeedway.com.

Pit passes both Friday and Saturday night will be $30 and remember, MUFFLERS ARE MADATORY!

Gates open both nights at 5:00 PM with racing slated for an 8:00 PM start time.
