MR81
Just wondering about the body rule. I read the rules and all it states is rules for chassis and I have a nova chassis and being that so many people like to beat up on the car well let's just say it needs a new body and novas are very hard to come by and no aftermarket body parts are made from five star. I have access to a camaro body is there any objections to using that. As I look around I am running out of options so as I see it, it's either that make a sheet metal body or keep patching it together and beef up the car so the idiots quit pounding it cause I put a lot if time in the car to keep it going and up to par. top_shelf_12
I haven't looked at the SOS rules but if its a Pure Stock car, I know a lot of tracks don't allow Camaros. I have seen Nova chassis with Monte Carlo bodies and have seen two Novas for sale, one in Corpus (body is good minus fenders maybe, not race ready) and a good race ready one in SA area. Either way, I'm sure you'll get an answer soon.
StacyRacing
The car itself may not be a camaro but what people see would be a camaro. So it is best to say no to a camaro body. Keith

texana55
Just keep beating that body out. It was ugly to start with and should stay that way. It's a classic pardner..
