The series will kick the weekend off with a first ever visit to the historic Macon Speedway in Macon, IL on Thursday night, May 1st. The St. Louis U-Pic-A-Part 100 will see the nation's top drivers battle some of the toughest regional racers from anywhere in the country at the 1/5 mile bullring. The single-day event will include: Miller Welders Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains and the 100-lap feature event paying $12,000 to win and $1,000 to start. This event will be the first of two visits to Tri-City Speedway in 2014. The racy 3/8 mile facility, promoted by Kevin and Tammy Gundaker, will host the annual "Spring Spectacular" for the LOLMDS that is sure to produce some thrilling racing action. Tri-City Speedway is located in the heart of Midwest Late Model country and some of the most talented drivers from that area are expected to challenge the nation's premier touring series drivers in what is shaping up to be a great weekend of racing. The May 2nd event will include: Miller Welders Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains and the 50-lap feature event paying $10,000 to win and $800 to start.
