jwmbishop Posted April 26, 2014 Report Share Posted April 26, 2014 (edited) Sales tax receipts and SS/Medi/fed withholding are all "custodials" (once withheld it belongs to the taxing entity). You would be simply amazed at how many "honest" employers use "float" etc to use the cash and how many just "forget" to turn it over. What goes through their mind?
