Whats Happening with NCRA in the Month of May!




FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Park City, Kansas April 23, 2014 - Two new tracks, start of the new season, familiar partners and an annual road trip are all that await the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products and three of their four divisions as the calendar is set to switch to the month of May. Below is a brief glimpse of the dates for each competing division in order for you to make your race plans.


May 3rd (Saturday night): Border War night number one featuring the NCRA late model tour and their familiar partners, the MARS DIRTCar series. Both series set to do battle at the beautiful Dodge City Raceway Park in Dodge City, Kansas as promoter Tommie Estes, Jr. invites the NCRA back for the first time since 2010. This will be a new venue for the MARS DIRTCar series with some of the top drivers throughout the state Missouri expected.


May 4th (Sunday night): Border War finale takes place at 81 Speedway in Park City with both late model tours closing out their two race weekend.


May 4th (Sunday night): The fifth consecutive season for the NCRA sport mod division kicks off at 81 Speedway in Park City with the tour having their chance to show the late model crowd just how competitive this division can be.


May 10th (Saturday night): A brand new track for the series as the NCRA 360-ci- sprint car tour heads north to Nebraska and Butler County Speedway in Rising City. This huge sprint car event will see the winged warriors of NCRA take on the Nebraska 360 sprint car series.


May 17th (Saturday night): Yet another new venue for the NCRA 360-ci sprint car tour and a much anticipated one as the new track built in Northwestern Oklahoma, Longdale Speedway in Longdale, will see the tour tackle the big and wide three-eighths mile oval.


May 31st (Saturday night): The annual trip West on I-40 to Route 66 Motor Speedway in Amarillo, Texas is once again on the schedule for the sport modified tour. It is always a battle to see who is best between the NCRA and the tracks weekly sport modified contingent.


More detailed information on each event will be forthcoming so mark your calendars and make plans to attend one of these exciting events as the 43rd consecutive season for the National Championship Racing Association is well under way.
