Public Relations (319) 472-2201, x225 Ark-La-Tex pays $5,000 prize to win fall Stock Car Nationals VIVIAN, La. (Nov. 1) – The fall version of the I.M.C.A. Sunoco Stock Car Nationals, boasting another $5,000 payday, will be held this Friday and Saturday, Nov. 5-6 at Ark-La-Tex Speedway. A minimum of $500 will be paid to start the 50-lap feature. Sponsors of the event again include Lone Star Super Gas, Sunoco Race Fuels and Day Motor Sports. A Thursday, Nov. 4 practice session leads off the special event weekend at Vivian. More information is also available at the www.arklatexspeedway.net website. Should wet weather intervene, the event will be re-scheduled for Nov. 12-13.
