However, you may select a back-up in case your first pick is unable to start the feature for whatever reason. 4) Winners will receive the satisfaction of being right! andy66 Posted October 27, 2004 Report Share Posted October 27, 2004 In 2001, Jon was fighting Colt for the lead with about 5 laps to go when Jon's brakes went away so it really wasn't a runaway. I think there are only about 3 or 4 drivers in the whole ARTS series that have even seen the road course, so the best bet to win are the those drivers. The track is a little over a mile long in length with most of that being the 2 long straightaways with the S-curves in them. I think they clocked them at around 140 mph down the straights in 2001.
