JEEIII Posted May 26, 2013 Report Share Posted May 26, 2013 I write the "O'le Days" post (cover the 'forgotten' drivers that had at least [1] Top 10 but have added a 'Just Miss'd' category) on Randy Ayers NASCAR modelling website and would like to do a "Just Miss'd" Top 10 on John Rezek-Alvin, TX. He had (4) starts in 1979 in #31 Olds (RPM Enterprises) and finished 11th in the June "Texas 400"! I was hoping that some members might have photos of the #31 plus any short track photos? I did find a nice Driver Photo, so should be all set with that. Any Bio information would also be much appreciated!! Found a little more on the #31 Team...Begun by a young Texan Curtis Payne with oil money in 1977. Any chance you could ask John if he would be interested in answering a questionnaire that I could put together? I have sent one to Judson Massingil and his daughter sent me (2) 1980 ARCA Daytona Victory Circle photos. They are looking for photos of the NASCAR WC Olds that just missed a Top 10 at Texas and will be the subject of the planned "Ole Days"!
