thumper Posted May 19, 2013 Report Share Posted May 19, 2013 South Texas Speedway is having their 2 day memorial race on Saturday and Sunday with all 6 regular classes plus sprint cars added Sunday.It going to be a fun weekend and many will camp out overnite Sat.Its almost like a bike rally but with race cars instead. The track is fast,the competetion fierce car counts high show is quick and the stands are full.Limited Modifieds,Eco Modifieds,Limited Late Models,Street Stocks,Pure Stocks and of course Sport Compacts plus karts of several kinds.And live music at the air conditioned bar till 1Am.Everybody will be there so dont miss out. My message is for the Sport Compacts as we still hold open the invitation for all other minnies,thunders,frontrunners hornets,twisters,bumble bees eco stocks and any other small car venues from other tracks to join our SC division as they are running at their own tracks.Our class is growing and is fun to race in.Any driver welcomed regardless of experience or age.Its about the race,not politics.We would love some V8 guys to borrow a car and give us a try as well.
