NeilTPS Posted September 24, 2012 Report Share Posted September 24, 2012 ANDREA HEXSEL - 1955-2012 REST IN PEACE Andrea passed away due to complications from cancer treatments on September 24, 2012. Andrea was born to her late parents Andrew and Agnes Fedor and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved from Houston and has lived in the San Antonio area since 2000. Andrea departs her wonderful life and leaves behind her husband of 32 years Sergio Hexsel. She is survived by Sister Annette Winbery and Brother-in-law Chris, Nephew Erik Fedor and Fiancée Katie Danley, Aunt Terry Upchurch and Uncle Neil Upchurch, Family Member Miriam Winbery, Maternal Aunt Josephine Micklus of Woodland Hills, CA. and numerous relatives and dear friends around the country, and her beloved dogs, Zena and Zeus. Andrea’s husband Sergio is the four times Texas Pro Sedans Champion. She was the co-owner and primary sponsor of Sergio’s familiar yellow #20 VW GTI and other VW race cars in which Sergio won 17 TPS races over a period of 12 racing seasons. Andrea Hexsel served the Texas Pro Sedans racing organization during the 2000 through the 2003 seasons as a Word Processing Secretary and as the site coordinator for several annual TPS Awards Dinners. She also worked as Administrative Assistant at several TIDA Late Model Series races and the Texas Race of Champions at Texas World Speedway in College Station. That cancer battle is a tough one - at least now she is at peace and without a trace of pain in heaven. May God comfort Sergio and the Hexsel family. BUT MY FRIEND ILL TELL YOU WITH HURTING HEART . SHE WAS ONE FANTASTIC LADY ..I SAY LADY WITH HIGHEST RESPECT .SHE ALWAYS TREATED US LIKE WE WERE FAMILY. I LOVED HER CHARM ,HER SMILES .HER CARING WAYS . I LOOKED FORWARD TO AND MADE SURE I SPOKE TO HER EVERY RACE WE ATTENDED .....WONT BE THE SAME WITH OUT HER ....................
