Vega505 Posted July 26, 2012 Report Share Posted July 26, 2012 Hi , was wondering if anyone knows the history of a funnycar I purchased from Texas in mid 2010. It is a 1977 Vega with a Ken Cox chassis. It was running in s/c and painted orange at the time. The name on the panels was "QUARTERFLASH ". It is now painted black and resides in Australia. I've been looking at all the old funnycars and asking a lot of questions, but no one seems to know it. According to another funny car driver, the body is not supposed to be on this chassis. Another person reckons , it may have been a sand drag body. I'll try to load an old photo of the car painted orange, I wouldn't hold my breath, as it seems to take ages to load it.
