gen11 Posted June 20, 2012 Report Share Posted June 20, 2012 The next race is June 30, 2012. posted payouts for this race (less than 16 cars): 1st $370 2nd $270 3rd $170 4th $125 5th $75 6th $60 7th $50 8 thru........ $40 No entry fee. $25 pit pass including car. $50 to register your number. 16 cars or more increases the payouts and lap count. Southern Sportmod IMCA style rules apply. If you want to come out and race and need something, don't hesitate to let someone know what you need. Everyone in this class has been very helpful in getting me to the track and helping out if I need it. Will Cody Beddoe hoist his fifth trophy in five tries at THR? Can anyone stop the domination of the Medlock cars? Will two time champ Don Painter ever put Goodyear Eagles back on his ride? No claim rule so bring your big motor if you want to. Still plenty of time to knock that dirt off your car in time for the race. It was an exciting race and I had lots of fun with Cody on the track. Cody definitely gets the long haul award. Congratulations to Terry James and Junior Medlock. It would be nice to see some of the big guns from up there down here. I go from a 6.00 for THR to a 6.22 for CC final gear. We guarantee $400 to win and $25 to win heat races. I'll put up an extra $100 to the highest finishing THR/Dirt/Out of town car. The only fee needed to race down here is the $25 pit pass. Come on down. We need to work together to keep our class alive.
