Winter and the Holidays were about to begin. When out in the sky I saw a bright shining star. As it got nearer I saw a sleigh being pulled by some race cars. Santa and his helpers landed the sleigh out in the snow. And into the race shop they proceeded to go. Instead of a Santa costume, mittens and boots, Santa and his helpers wore helmets, safety gloves, and red drivers suits. He opened his sack and gave a big grin. He said here's that backup engine you asked for again. Also I noticed that one of your desires, was a season supply of new racing tires. And I've got gift certificates for the local parts store, and sponsorships from sponsors with money galore. Your final gift is to win many first places, and finish all of your Saturday night races. Santa and his helpers got back in the sleigh, Then fired up the race cars and flew away. And I heard him exclaim as they went out of sight, Merry Christmas to all and have safe races on Saturday night. I woke up and let out a loud and long scream, I had fallen asleep, it all was a dream. After a minute I said with a pause, Wouldn't it be nice if there was a Santa Claus? (author unknown) Wishing all of my racing family and wonderful and Merry Christmas . . . and hoping Santa brings you at least one wish from your Christmas list!
