It appears from comments on whowon.com, that the county commisioners mother lives close to the track. Don't know if she is the cause of the commotion, but it sounds like a conflict of interest, in one way or the other. I wonder if she complains about Aggies home games too? dancer52 Posted August 2, 2004 Report Share Posted August 2, 2004 HRH will not be able to open up until September 11th. They were given some criteria they had to meet before they could open up. From what the other message boards have said, it looks like they will need to put up some kind of sound barrier. Not sure of anything else.
