ratdaddy Posted July 7, 2004 Report Share Posted July 7, 2004 Jason, It was actually a creek that had run back from the Oso bay and I believe it runs out to Petronilla. I do remember a time or 2 when a car would run off into that creek. It was mostly a saltwater creek so you can imagine the rust that would develope on them cars. All the ladies in the powder race didn't want me to race with them cause they said I had too much experience. I protested but it didn't do any good. Well when the race got going I went out on the track anyway. I didn't win but came in 2nd. Back in my hay day I was hell on wheels!!lol P.S. Jason, I don't think you were born yet.
