TGural
'Race City USA' - I hope not. Sounds to much like Dollywood, Rock City, or Jellystone. If it is called this, I hope Austin will live up to it... keeping a good reputation.

RobbinsSr
Well for those of us tied up at the docs office with a stomach virus what was the announcement? Pretty much just anouncing the name of it and talked about how many jobs it will bring to the area. Then right at the end they anounced that the moto Gp will be running there in 2013 and signed a contract to run there for 10 years.

Sweet, well I'm glad to see the positive effects of the expansion of racing in this area being exploited! I kind of like the name, my choice would have been National Grand Prix of Texas but I'll take the other. On a side note, seeing as how NASCAR is trying to draw some dollars from south of the border in it's direction who else sees a chance for atleast a Busch race at the track?
