Billy wade and if he wanted to go on the national scene Bill White would of been # 3 or at least the top 5.My Dad raced at Playland Park when I was 5 years old and I couldn't wait to go to the pits after the race so I could see Billy Wade and Blackie Lothinger.Thay always took time to talk to me and let me get into their cars.I've never forgot that.Houston has had alot of great drivers race at Playland and Meyer Speedway.
