hath27
is the 100 lap modified race at Speedfest split into two segments? Or is it 100 laps with no breaks?
Blue Moon Motorsports
How is the NO HEAT RACES - FEATURE ONLY going to work? Qualifying? By Points?
Truck99
How is the NO HEAT RACES - FEATURE ONLY going to work? Qualifying? By Points? I'm guessing it will be no different - draw a number at the gate.

slu52
The schedule shows maximum 20 cars to start each class. How does the draw deal work if more than 20 cars show up? Will all the numbers higher than 20 have to go home? ---------david

We will run 6 car heats and top 20 finishing positions will advance to feature. In addition, HMP owner, Graham Baker has 4 provisional spots for NASCAR Fiesta Modifieds to use or not use at his discretion so feature will be between 20-24 cars starting. What races, if any will be like that and how will that Feature Only line up be set?

In addition, HMP owner, Graham Baker has 4 provisional spots for NASCAR Fiesta Modifieds to use or not use at his discretion so feature will be between 20-24 cars starting. That makes more sense but the original question from Blue Moon was: How is the No Heat Races - Feature Only going to work? What races, if any will be like that and how will that Feature Only line up be set? During the 4 events that are in the hottest part of the season (July & August), HMP will not have heats. We will run Features only and we will start one hour later at 7pm. Drivers will draw a chip as they enter the gate and that will be the starting position for the feature. Historically, these 4 events are also the lowest car counts of the year so we will have an "all run" field in which every racer will start the race.
