rebelracewriter Posted July 31, 2010 Report Share Posted July 31, 2010 MDLMS Late Models to Roar Into Hutchinson Raceway Park August 14 by Dusty Wiegert HUTCHINSON, Kan. -- The Midwest DIRTcar Late Model Series will make their inaugural appearance at the Hutchinson Raceway Park in Hutchinson, Kansas on Saturday August 14. The event, being promoted by MD Promotions, will be race #8 on the 2010 tour and will mark the first appearance by Late Models at the 3/8 mile oval in 3 years. The special event will feature an autograph session for the kids at 6:00, along with a special meet and greet for the kids at intermission with the local divisions and the Late Models, along with driver introductions for the feature event. The support divisions for the event will be Hornets, Bombers, and Street Stocks. Tickets will be sold in advance online through http://www.md-promotions.com at the discounted price of $12 for adults and must be purchased before August 12. All tickets purchased online will be available at the track on race day. To purchase advance tickets please visit the website or call 785-342-2565 Tickets on the day of the race will be $15 for adults, $5 for youth under 14, and all children under the age of 6 will be FREE. Pit passes are $25. Race night will begin at 4:00 as the pit gates open. At 5:00 the grandstand gates will open with the autograph session at 6:00, hot laps at 7:00 and racing at 7:30.
