NickHolt Posted May 19, 2004 Report Share Posted May 19, 2004 It's a shame whenever a driver gets hurt at a track. I'm glad Joe seems to be well on the road to recovery. Since I was concerned about the hurt driver, I checked out Hill Country Raceway website to get more information and found the following post on their site from someone named Rainbow Man who apparently is the Hill Counrty Raceway track announcer. Joe you are welcome to sit in the chair with a back up in the tower but I might put you to work announcing if I get my car done so I can race it then come back up and announce after the race . I will be ready soon just remember we as racers here stick together unlike at other tracks we do care and were very worried when you crashed but you had a great crew of EMT's and track staff. So come on out and up to the tower hope to see ya Sat. THE RAINBOW MAN MOUTH OF HILL COUNTRY RACEWAY I was wondering what track he was referring to as not caring about their drivers.
