I emailed SWRA about racing a 1 or 2 races with them...but nover got a reply back. So re-sent an email to them again today. But I noticed that the CMRA (regional motorcycle organization) was not going to race there for the first time in almost 35 years!! here is a link.

Does SWRA have Oak Hill on their schedule for 2010? Where else is SWRA racing This year?

We have a Bad ASS kart for you to drive if we go to Oak Hill or for that mater at any of

the road courses. (#20 the orange crush) You can be the Boris Said of NasKart.

Here is the swra schedule:

March 26 – 27 – 28 MSR CRESSON, combined with MARRS

April 16 – 17 – 18 TWS, combined with USSK

May 14 – 15 – 16 Oak Hill *

June 18 – 19 – 20 Eagles Canyon

July 16 – 17 – 18 Hallett, combined with MARRS, hosted

by MARRS

August 6 – 7 – 8 TWS *

September 17 – 18 – 19 Oak Hill *

October 15 – 16 – 17 Oak Hill *

SWRA LOVES OakHill...I don't know what they'd do without it. Its their #1 money making event. I also remember this event being the cheapest entry @ $85 bucks, rather than $125.

I KNOW ya'll can team up with them. The super karts do (USSK), MARRS does, so Naskarts should have no problem. Plus, what a great way to show the other karters how much fun the 4 strokes can be.

Eagles Canyon is a blast on karts too. Its got some of the best elevation changes out of any track in Texas. If you want to run a full road course circuit, get a TAG kart and run with SWRA. If you want a great mix, like the Naskarts, there are plenty for sale. I've run them both and they are both a blast. SWRA is pretty pricey though, with the average weekend costing between $500-$1000 (transport, entry, tires, fuel, etc.), and thats sleeping in your trailer. Naskarts is a MUCH more affordable series. Speeds aren't quite as high, but they last longer, have less tire wear and the group of guys running are like 15 new best friends.

Good luck in selling the car.

Excellent. Anyone test a Naskart there yet?? I still think ya'll should hook up with SWRA at TWS or Eagles Canyon.

We are scheduled for Watson Glen in June. Testing will be in May.

We are looking for a sponsor for the trip, if you know of anyone

who would like to get some good exposure on the side of our hauler.

Watkins glen eh?? While we're on the road, lets hit up summit point, laguna seca and maybe take a trip up to canada and run mosport?? I dunno, just an idea.

Hey, don't forget about Elkhart lake........or limerock, since you'll be in the northeast anyway.
